The British Retail Consortium restored, refurbished and repurposed our Covent Garden HQ The Form Rooms to become a hub for our team, our members and our partners.
It’s not only our space – it’s your space too.
As a BRC member, you can use The Form Rooms in a number of ways:
Members’ Lounge
If you’re looking for a quiet space in central London to hang out between meetings, take some calls or settle down with your laptop, our members lounge ‘The Reading Room’ is just what’s needed. There’s no cost for this – it’s part of your BRC membership. Other members might also be there, so you’ll possibly get some added-value networking in too. Free tea and coffee is available, as is our sound-proof phone booth for more private calls. Just email our team in advance to check that we’ve capacity.
Meeting and Event Room Hire
We’ve purposely built The Form Rooms with a wealth of flexible meeting and events space – suitable for everything from interviews to product launches, board meetings to drinks receptions and everything in between. The spaces have all the tech and amenities you’d expect from a high quality venue, while our in-house Client Experience Team have strong relationships with a number of caterers to ensure your colleagues and clients are well fed and watered.
