Product Launches
Take our space across 2 floors exclusively for your launch or just the ground floor and a range of innovative catering options that can run through the day as your guests arrive. We can truly focus on making your launch unique, extra special and of course productive!
Corporate Events
With enough space to host receptions for up to 70 people on our ground floor space with a networking lounge area and access to lovely courtyard which offers great versatility to be creative with your event or if you would like to sit down and relax over dinner let us be your dinner party hosts!

Looking for an exciting venue for your drinks reception with a great vibe and top London location? The Form Rooms tick all the boxes, a new space, close to Covent Garden and close to all the transport networks. Ideal for that networking event after a day in the office.
Filming
Lights, Camera, Action! We can offer unique backdrops for filming interviews, commercials, using our rooms to create stories and settings that fit with the history and personality of our fabulous building. Event spaces within the Form Rooms can be hired either exclusively or on a room by room basis.

Humanities Block
On the ground floor, is light and airy and offers natural daylight. This space adjoins the conservatory, which would be a great networking or breakout area and space for refreshments and lunch.
Science Block
This large, flexible space on the lower ground floor has direct access to The Common Room, a spacious set-down zone with casual seating and hot beverages on hand.
Economics
It’s time to graduate to a new way of working. The Form Rooms offers a range of event and meeting space, carefully designed to inspire interaction, creativity and learning. Our ground floor, basement, orangery and courtyard areas are the perfect hub for seminars, collaboration or celebration, whether you need a plush boardroom, a theatre-style room for 80, a series of breakout rooms or a casual space for some networking drinks.
Faculty
Our team is on hand to make sure your events go without a hitch. Our experienced Events Co-ordinators are like your prefects, your go-to people on the day to manage catering and logistical issues, while our A/V team will make sure that our state-of-the-art tech works seamlessly with your own devices and doesn’t let you down.
