What is the nearest underground station to The Form Rooms?
The Form Rooms is situated near Leicester Square, Covent Garden and Tottenham Court Road stations, all 0.3 miles away.
Where can I park?
You can use one of the many public car parks in the local area.
What restrictions are there to dressing the venue?
You are welcome to bring your own dressing. The venue must be left in its original state at the end of your event. Should you have any special requirements, then please call the team to discuss.
Do you have stationery in the room, or do I bring my own?
We have plenty of stationery in every room and we aim to anticipate everything you may need. Our rooms come with notepads, pens, pencils, flipcharts, whiteboard and whiteboard markers.
Can you provide a quiet space to make a call?
If you need somewhere quiet to make a call, please feel free to come and let our front-of-house team know on the day. If we have a room that isn’t being used, we’ll point you in the right direction.
Do you have showers and space to store bikes?
There are several public places around the building that can park bikes. We do not have shower facilities.
What happens if I go over my original hire times?
Additional hours will be added to your invoice, but under no circumstances can your hire times exceed midnight or overrun if we have another booking.
Can I arrange to have anything delivered before my hire times?
We are happy to receive deliveries on the days leading up to your event. Please contact [email protected] to let us know and to further discuss the details.
Can I store anything overnight in The Form Rooms?
We like to do our best to help you, but this is dependent on bookings we have for the following day.
Can we set up the night before?
Providing we have availability, you can set up the night before your event. Subject to confirmation. Charges may apply.

Can you help me coordinate my groups?
Need help gathering up your break-out groups during the day? We can help ensure your day runs on time. Speak to our team; we can be the extra pair of hands you may need.
Who cleans up?
It is your responsibility to clear the venue and completely break down your event. The venue must be left in an acceptable state, however, you do not need to clean the venue.
Can we bring our preferred caterer supplier?
Yes, you can. Please note that T&Cs will apply.
